Revive Sports Management is pleased to announce that centre back Amatton Samunya Kipsoi has joined KCB Football Club on a two-season contract.
Samunya joins KCB from four-time league champions Ulinzi Stars, whom he featured for in the 2024-2025 Football Kenya Federation Premier League season.
The 21-year old was an outstanding performer with Ulinzi Stars last season, despite being his debut campaign in the competition.
He raked in an impressive 26 starts, where he helped the Soldiers keep eight clean sheets and capping off his strong performances with two goals.
Scores of local and foreign teams expressed interest in the former Nakuru Bucks defender following his standout displays and discipline in the past campaign.
However, it was KCB who won the stiff race for his signature and will enjoy his services in the upcoming 2025-2026 campaign.
Revive Sports Management Chief Executive Officer Feisal Osman hailed Samunya as one of the fast-rising central defenders in the country and tipped him to soar to new heights at KCB.
“He is a talented and disciplined player who possesses all the ingredients to excel at KCB. He comfortably plays at the heart of the defence as well as at right-back, underscoring his versatility. I am confident he will play a crucial role in helping KCB achieve their objectives for the new season,” said Osman, a licensed FIFA agent.
